Loosing hope!

I'm a newbie to glow. (Love it!). We have been trying for about 2 years now to have baby #2 with no luck. I've recently been diagnosed with pcos. My doctor started me on metformin 500mg. I'm up to 2 a day right now and the side effects have been crazy!!! Any idea when they will stop?!?! I have changed my diet and am trying to exercise more to help the situation. What else can I do? I see lots of women trying different over the counter meds, which ones are the best?! And where is the best place to buy the ovulation/pregnancy test packs?!
