I just got this in powder form in the mail from Amazon today to add to my regimen of things to increase my supply, as I have diagnosed low supply and only make about half of what my baby needs. I just tried maybe half a teaspooon in my regular smoothie that I've been adding flaxseed too as well and it was disgusting. I had to chug it, have a whole glass of cranberry juice, and now have gum in and can still taste it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to hide the taste? My normal smoothie has 5-6 strawberries, half a banana, two spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt, and some orange juice btw, and it's totally fine with the flaxseed.
