Tinted CM?

This is kinda an embarassing question. Idk if its like normal but sometimes on my really fertile day the cm starts to like... fall out sorrta when I go to the bathroom. Well today I noticed that its tinted pink. Thats never happened before. My husband now is like convinced i'm pregnant haha. Is that a thing that can happen? It was tinted like reddish pink. The real weird thing is that I'm only on day 19 of my cycle and I'm VERY nauseous. Whats going on?
