why is there blood??

I had sex two days ago and Glow is predicting my ovulation to be today. (I don't use ovulation tests). Ive been cramping on and off all day and just woke up to a quarter size blood spot in my underwear. Ive never bled during ovulation before. Could implantation happen this early, or is it just from ovulation? Or is it something else?
