How many DPO did you test?

•how many DPO until you tested? Did you wait till you missed your period? 5-7 DPO? 9-12?

Sorry for all the questions! This is my first cycle knowing when I ovulated, and acting on it! I'm only 1 DPO, and already itching! My periods aren't very regular, so I'm just trying to get some info for this TWW ☺️

I would wait until my period was due.   The last 2 times I waited until I was 2 days late.   Just because sometime my cycle is longer than 28 days.   Good luck!

With my first I tested at 12DPO and got a positive, with the second I got a positive at 11DPO. I made myself wait until then as I found it too deflating to get negatives when testing early.

At the start of my tww I tell myself to wait until 14dpo. I normally last until about 8dpo haha!! Had a vvvfl at 11dpo once but not sooner

My cycle is a little longer than most so it's not unusual for me to be 1-2 days off what I thought my start day would be. I knew there was a possibility but I waited until I was 1 day late which was 15 dpo for me. Showed positive on a first response. Waited 2 more days then took a clear blue and that was also positive, so took a first response digital the next morning which is what I used to tell my husband. The first month we tried I tested 4 days before and thought I saw a faint line so when I got my period I was crushed so I decided to Always wait until I'm late before testing.
