5 weeks pregnant and I think I'm gonna miscarry?

I'm exactly 5 weeks pregnant and I have had brown spotting for past week... my hcg levels are slowing rising they are at 365.. Wednesday they was 269... I'm so confused because I feel fine no cramping or anything just brown spotting ?? Anyone thoughts or ideas I'm feeling hopeless

Don't stress I don't know what my numbers were with my son but I bled severely with my son for 3 weeks. I went to my ob thinking I had endometriosis and she agreed. She called me back and said I was pregnant so I went to the hospital and they told me to prepare for a miscarriage. They gave me no hope. He's about to turn 2! So blood is not always bad.

Mine were around 250 at 5 weeks, and didn't really start rising until nearly 7 weeks. The doctor said I needed to rest for the best chance, so I did just that. Find a movie that makes you laugh, sit down and get good endorphins going. It will help you :) stress hormones can upset you and your bub.

Dont stress!!!! Most important....., mine was super low with both my daughters it does not guarantee miscarriage. They were both born healthy. Good luck x
