Tummy time when to begin?

What age for babies did you start doing tummy time? My baby is 3 weeks old and was a late preterm baby so not sure if that makes a difference in when to begin tummy time. She's Healthy,  6.5lbs now and there were no complications with her.

I started it immediately. When they're young just being tummy to tummy is considered tummy time. If you use a carrier or wrap that also helps.

I started it at about 2 weeks old by placing him on my chest on his tummy and having him lift his head toward my face / sound of voice.  Once he's bigger I will try tummy time on the boppy.

My Dr said to right away. My baby HATED it! I didn't do it neatly as much as I should. But, he's 7 1/2 months and doing fine. He rolls all over the place and holds himself up in the crawling position all the time.

I *think* my doctor suggested that we do it when he was only a week or two. Definitely supervise the baby the whole time though!

My daughters pediatrician said to start it as soon as the belly button stump fell off. We've been doing tummy time since a week old.
