Frequent urination

Hi lovely ladies,,, my last period was March. 29the and lasted for 7 days and I had unprotected sex 10,11,12,13,15 of April, and also I'm clueless when I'll ovulate or have my AF, since 2-3 days I feel nauseous ad from yesterday Im running to bathroom 5-7 times to pee I couldn't hold it(usually I use bathroom 2 times a day)

I'm clueless about what's happening and please give me some advice regarding this,,,
