Cramps
Does anyone have natural remedies for cramps...? I hate taking panadol and pills and whatnot,i am very strong for natural things so any suggestions would be great...and is there anyone else out there who like more natural stuff? I always get crap for it 😕 Anywhoo thankyou in advance❤❤❤
