Please help me!

Ok ladies, last night my fiance and i were having sex and i felt a sharp pain in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen. We we finished i felt as if i was having contractions. I woke up this morning still having the same pain except its also in my back. I feel like vomiting but i think thats from the pain. I also have the urge to have a bowel movement. Idk if this is something i should go to the er about or what. I dont have insurance so options are limited.
