feeling discouraged

I've been TTC fir the las 8 months after having a miscarriage a year ago. Went to see this GYN to get an opinion and help. But she was so rude and discouraging by her answer. She said I can't help you and I doubt any Dr would help you because if your age. I'm a healthy 42y old that has taken care of my body inside and out to be healthy I don't think I'm the only one nor the last one to try to be a mother at this age. I have other children from previous marriage and I'm newly married and husband and I long for a new addition to our family. Please I need some encouragement  thank you ladies
