B6 - how much?

Hello! My doc recommended B6 + unisom for nausea. He told me 25 mg of unisom and then the smaller dosage of B6. My pharmacy only had it in 100 mg doses. Is this too much? I'll just be taking it at night per his instructions.

My Dr has me taking 50mg a day. I could only find the 100mg so I use a knife to cut them in half.

Iv just started taking b6 and Iv read you can take 3 25mg tablets a day. So I would cut your tablets into quarters and take one before bed x
