Gina Ford Contented Baby Routine?

Is anyone attempting the Gina Ford contented little baby routine & at what age did you/ are you planning to start?

I bought and read the book while I was pregnant,  thought it mostly sounded great. Turns out it wasn't for me at all, and it was impossible to stick to. Others will have succeeded I'm sure but not for us.
