11 month wants to eat everything

My daughter is still constantly wanting everything she picks up to be in her mouth. And she will find the tiniest things like a pebble or maybe a stray fur from the dog, and immediately it goes in her mouth. I've told her no and I'm sure she thinks it's a game because she'll run away from me if I try and get it out of her mouth. I want her to be able to play outside but I don't want every stick and bug to go in her mouth. Any advice would be appreciated.
