To tell or not to tell!!?

When does everyone plan on telling family? We want to tell our family tomorrow who will all be together for the first time in awhile for Easter. I'm only 5weeks so a little superstitious and have had a previous mc at 9 weeks. Just wondering what everyone else planned to do about letting out the baby secret! Thanks ladies!

We told our parents already. Told my parents at 4 weeks and my in laws at almost 6 weeks just based on opportunity. We're waiting to tell remaining family and close friends until about 10 weeks and the we're going to announce publicly on Mother's Day at which point I'll be 11 weeks. I just feel that Mother's Day is too perfect a day to announce!

Sounds like pros and cons to both. Only being so early in pregnancy there is another chance that you could have a misscairage as there is in every pregnancy. And then everyone you told would know you had a loss. So either you tell them now and things go good and that's fantastic! Or things could go bad and then everyone would know.. Or you can wait till your in the safe zone. Some people don't tell people early because they don't want everyone to know if they suffer loss or to keep brining it up and aplogizing. Other people feel as if they do have a loss and people know it's more of a support system. Many ways to look at it hope this helps.

I decided I'm telling today on Easter when the family is all together (I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks in October) and I'm only 3 weeks 5 days today. I don't care. I hated waiting 6 weeks after finding out and the miscarrying a week later. It was way too hard to keep the secret that long.

I have an ultrasound Monday when I think I'll be 6+1. If we see a heartbeat we'll tell our immediate family next weekend when we're going to be in town. If not we'll probably wait until we see a heartbeat. I figure if something does happen I'll want immediate family to know anyway for support. We'll announce to everyone else at 12 weeks.

I'm honestly really scared to tell anyone at this point, I'm only 4w+3 at the moment so it's definitely too early.

I plan on telling my MIL after our first scan, my grandmother and mother maybe then but they're so far away, if something happens then... I don't know. It'd be really hard. 
My husband and I share a close friend and I really want to tell him soon because, even if something goes wrong, he'll be incredibly supportive to the both of us.

My father and family live across the pond so I'll be waiting until 12w to tell them. 
And every one else, I suppose. 
It's terrible that I already have an announcement idea 😅

We told everyone last night just immediate family. Waiting to tell friends once we know forsure we have a sticky bean with a healthy heart beat

I told my mom and best friend the day I found out (3w3d), and we are going to tell my in-laws this weekend - 5weeks. We're not announcing to the world until 11 weeks, which will be my birthday. :)
