exercises while pregnant?

Just got my BFP and I want to keep going to the gym to stay as healthy as possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for safe exercises I can do or what I need to avoid? I'm thinking walking, and arm curls, but lower my weights and raise reps. I don't want my arms falling off from exhaustion when I finally start holding a baby all the time. I hear squats are good to help counteract the weight you carry in your belly. I want to keep using the leg press. I had surgery a while back on my leg and it is still really weak. So I usually try to increase my weight  to strengthen it. Is this safe through the first trimester?
