Anxiety is Skyrocketing

It's one of those nights...My anxiety is really high and it's keeping me awake. I woke up early this morning, I had an eventful day and was super busy and active and I had a little wind-down time before I took a shower and headed off to bed. I laid down about 30 minutes ago and I'm already feeling anxious about not  falling asleep, even though I've felt tired all day. I took me melatonin supplements and keep taking deep breaths, and my anxiety is still high. How can I bring it down? I want to sleep and I have another busy day tomorrow😰
