Literally anything. It's mostly babe, but I also call my mom babe, my nephew babe, my bro in law babe. So babe is my go to term for anyone I'm super comfortable around. Sometimes I call him Jacob, which is his name, but pronounce it like Ya-ko-be. It's mostly whatever is convenient. Asshat, sweetie, douche canoe, babe, twatwaffle, a good mixture of pet names and insults. He gives back what he gets, so it's pretty equal.
