Sleep (???)
I cannot get my sleep schedule back on track! I used to work overnight shifts, 10pm to 6am. I stopped doing that and now I do second shift 2pm to 10pm or sometimes 5pm to 1am. I cannot sleep! I get home from work and don't pass out until 4-5am. Then I sleep until 1pm or 3pm if I work at 5. I'm sleeping at nearly the same time as if I was still doing overnights and I hate it. I never see my boyfriend or family because I'm always asleep, and I live with them! I miss my friends and everyone. Help?
