Sleeping with fan blowing on face/body bad?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and i get sweaty at night even if it's 50 degrees. I sleep with the fan on every night at the lowest speed. 
I just hear a lot of people say it's dangerous

Im not a doctor, but I don't see why it'd be 'dangerous.' That sounds like something my grandma would say. You know... like 'never leave the house with wet hair or you'll die of pnemonia.' 'Never walk barefoot in the house or you'll get a cold.' Its true that very low temperatures force your body to work a lil harder to keep your temp regulated, but that's not always necessarily a bad thing... idk. Maybe ask a real doctor.

Run it as much as you like. My SO would run ours all year but has adapted to me a little, I just make sure I have a blanket to put on during the night

Honey I had a wind tunnel fan that I had full blast and my ac window unit when I was pregnant, everything turned out just fine! You'll be ok if you have that on full blast :)
