Help!!'n

My mom is sending me to the OBGYN to start the pill bc the dermatologist reccommended it to help my acne! i have my nipples pierced and my mom doesn't know (obviously) and i'm freaking out!! can the doctor tell her??? i'm 18 so there's some law called like HPPA right??? i don't know what to do 😅 if i take them out they're gonna close and i love them someone pls help
