Plan B

Okay so I had unprotected sex, he did not ejaculate inside of me and want even in there for 3 minutes, but I still took the plan b pill. It's been four days since I took the plan b pill and I know that you do have cramps for the first day or so after taking it. I've been having minor cramps but still very noticeable since taking it. Is this normal to have such a prolonged side effect??
