A revelation 🤷🏽♀️
After checking my charts in boredom earlier, I've noticed that since October I haven't BD sometimes a day (sometimes 2) before or the day of my positive OPK or if I have it's been like 11pm the next night due to work commitments. I had no idea my egg was viable for only 12-24 hours and sometimes sperm can only live up to one day (if you don't have hospitable CM which I don't seem to but have tried conceive plus this cycle) and sometimes sperm can take 24 hours to get to the egg? It's all so complicated 😳 could this be one of the reasons after 6 months why I haven't conceived (I know some sperm can live 4-5 days but this has been documented as rare?)
