My husbands ex is for want of a better work a little crazy!! He has a daughter with her who's 15, she has 6 kids, by 5 dads and just married number 4!! Lickily my hubby was the one not stupid enough to marry her (and he was dad no 2). Anywho, he runs a building firm, takes a low wage and has always paid for his daughter through maintenance, he also used to top up the money with extra but this stopped when we were stopped seeing her 18minths ago. Just this last week we had notification that the cms were recalculating what he is to pay, no issues, but she has now turned up twice at one of his jobs and questioning the client how he gets paid, been saying about he is a bad dad, used to beat her, beats me (he most certainly does not....I couldn't help but laugh at this bit!!) talking about his past, slagging off him and the guys that work for him, obviously this is bang out of order. Anybody have any advice? We are going to report to the police but this cannot keep happening, as far as I'm concerned it's slander and harassment, thanks in advance for your help xx
