If its purely friendship I dont think so, I say I miss my best friend(whose also gay) all the time, we dont hang out like we use to and my girlfriend doesn't seem to mind

It depends on the relationship. Some would think it is, some wouldn't. I don't, especially if it's a friend from before the relationship started.
