Has anyone been on Metformin to help regulate their cycles? Got my test results back and looks like insulin resistance so metformin should help with that too. I think my OB is going to start me on it at next apmt. Just curious about others' experiences with it. Positive, negative and anything in between? Did it help regulate? Did energy levels change at all? One thing i want to do is exercise without falling asleep right after!
