I know i don't need to be freaking out but, my pregnancy symptoms i did have have slowly just disappeared. I am 5 weeks, 5 days. I had bad breast tenderness and sore nipples, fatigue, frequent urination, and hunger since i found out at 4 weeks, 1 day. Now my breasts have stopped hurting completely. I'm still tired, but that's about it. No nauseau, just fatigue and mild cramping. Has this happened to anyone else and everything turned out ok?
