Is it okay to eat baked hame while pregnant???? I just ate and now im worried

I ate it earlier in my pregnancy and baby is healthy and doing just fine

Doctor told me things like ham are fine just not to eat it all the time in large quantities. He even said I could eat hotdogs if I wanted, but to limit it to a few times a month max (same with any processed meats).
