Hi! I have been on birth control for a while and it's made me irregular. Basically I tried the IUD and then took it out and went for the nuvaring. On the ring I would spot all the time and when my period finally normalized, I would bleed again after having sex. Basically like a never ending light period ugh. I just took out the ring today and am going without birth control in an effort to become regular again. Does anyone else have this problem or had it? Wish me luck!!
