Spotting For 2 Weeks?!

I'm on the pill and I've been spotting every day since I started a new month's pack. Usually my period stops as soon as I take the first pill of the new pack, and my period itself has stopped but I've been spotting every day since my period ended. I took the first pill and then forgot to take the next 3 and had to catch up, so I'm assuming it has something to do with that. But I feel like it should have stopped because I've taken it on time every day since then. Help!
