My newborn fell asleep hungry - should I wake her up to feed her?

I'm exclusively pumping right now since my three week old has trouble with latching and when she does she falls asleep. She woke up hungry at a time that she doesn't usually so I didn't have milk ready so while I was pumping she was fussing and ended up falling asleep again. Should I wake her up now to feed her or let her be?
