I posted yesterday that I started spotting with some cramps. About midnight the spotting turned to that dreaded bright red, and by 3am I was doubled over in pain and passing clots. Went to the ER, it was determined I was in the midst of a miscarriage. I'm glad my body is doing it naturally, but it is very uncomfortable and the cramping is worse than a period for me. We are upset but trust that my body did the right thing and that this first egg was, well, cracked. Going to give ourselves some time before we try again. Not giving up!! We will be parents when the time is right :)
