Ever had a real orgasm while dreaming?

Last night I had another orgasm in my sleep. Another! I don't know if I like it or not. It happens a few times a month but last nights was more of a lucid half asleep half awake one. Also had very intense cramping afterwards, but that could be due to impending period which usually happens when I have one in real life around this time. Anyone ever had one while sleeping?!
