In your opinion/experience: Do you think cramps & heavy flows are related to each other?

I get killer cramps & its always accompanied by an awful heavy flow gross. If you know why please comment the info 😃

You get cramps because your uterus is not getting enough oxygen so maybe try working out a little and it'll help ;) and yes when I get really bad cramps my period is heavier than usual

I think cramps are from clots so if it's heavy I'm assuming that's the cause of cramps.
