Unusual period

Hey everyone, I am 30 yrs old and had an hysteroscopy done in December. This month I had my period for about 10 days which is longer than normal, then it stopped. Then 5 days later I started bleeding again for 3 days straight then stopped and now it has been 4 days and I have started bleeding again. I am not on any birth control and I haven't changed anything in my life. Has this happened to anyone else?
