insomnia - any advice????

I am 7w 2d and have horrible insomnia. I'd love any advice!!!! Thanks!

This is what helps me get away from my insomnia & backwards-sleep-cycle. 
1) don't sleep in til 1pm lol you're just adding fuel to the fire
1.5) take naps during the day if you need, but don't take 3-4 hour naps lol that's just asking for nighttime sleeping problems 
2) eat a protein-filled meal right before bed. Like pb&j sandwich, some cheese and crackers...
3) get off your bright screens 15 mins before bedtime...so no phones or bright tvs
4) do something tedious to your body.. sometimes I will take my hand and lightly tap my arm until I get tired. Which is usually pretty fast when I do something as EXHAUSTING as tapping myself for 3 min lol
5) do something physical throughout the day. I've noticed on days where I'm running errands, that 1) I can't just take a nap until after I'm done running errands... and 2) if I've been driving around all day or doing laundry then I'm always super tired when I get home! But I push that off until bedtime!

You can take kalm its a natural herbal remedy which relaxes the body and makes you go to sleep altho if your from the states I don't know if you'll get them I'll try get a photo for you and show you
