3 day aunt flow

Is a 3 day period normal? The doc put me on the pill for a month before we started cycle day monitoring. AF started on Saturday, and the doctor was closed. Now that is Monday af is pretty much over :( I'm so sad, might not be able to do the treatment this month 😭.
