Young and pregnant

I recently found out i'm pregnant and haven't told my partner or anyone yet. I know I couldn't go through with an abortion and feel ready for this baby but the problem is, I'm only 20 and not financially stable enough for a baby. Government help is an option but I feel like a terrible person for doing that and for taking money from them. Has anyone been in this situation? How did you go about it? Did you get help?
