I asked a medium about my pregnancy

I asked will my baby be healthy and he said yes, and then said
" but there will be minor health issues that could be observed , hence you might need to be Careful about your eating habits and sanitation"
What does he mean... sanitation????
I couldn't reply as I would of had to pay again.
