Missed AF Yesterday

The current App I had said I was Approximately 6 days late ..Saying I was suppose to start on the 12th ...THIS App says I'm One Day late suppose to start on the 16th ....What are the chances of getting a positive One day after Missed AF? ..May I Ask How Many DPO you where when u decided to Test ??
