I'm currently 7 weeks and 3 days and I've been eating Lara bars sometimes in the morning. I can't find an exact answer on whether or not dates are absolutely safe during the first trimester. My ovia app says they are and then of course when you google anything you'll find horror stories. I can only find answers for the last trimester! I am seeing my doctor later this morning but I'm kind of worrying about it and wanted to see what your doctors have told you ladies!! Thank you in advance!
