I LOVE chunky babies! But as pp suggested breast milk! Sounds weird but works! Baby doesn't seemed bothered by milk in the eyes either here's my chunkers double chin and everything

I would say try a warm compress but I'm not sure if there's a golden rule that you can't do that on a baby😩😩😩
