Can anyone give me tips throughout the day to not get sick. Was sick ALL night last night back and forth to the bathroom.. wasn't able to even go to work(Work at a school district). Help!

UPDATE: Here are some pictures from an article I found. So I'm going to try a few of these. May help some of you out as well. My nausea is more internal that getting actually sick so these tips hopefully help...
And then some things that have B6 in it. Since it says good source of added B6 can help as well
