These are my tests the most recent is from left to right

I'm worried because I had 2 miscarriages last year with both I had breast tenderness nausea and frequent urination and spotting which turned into my period however this time around I just have the breast tenderness which is making me worry even more!!! I'm only 5 weeks and in my town the doc won't see you till 8 I'm a wreck!!! Because I've had spotting and cramping this time around also but in the past the spotting turned into a period followed by BFN'S this time I've spotted dark brown/dark red which has since stopped and I'm still testing positive which has never happened before IM SOOOOO CONFUSED!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!
