spotting all month

I need some advise and help! I always have had a regular flow, I always get my period when the app says so. But this month has been weird. I have been spotting all month. & everytime my boyfriend and I have sex i spot a little. I'm not exactly sure why I've been spotting all month. Any suggestions? (My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive the last three months!)
