What does it feel like when the baby kicks?

I have an anterior placenta, and when I first started feeling movement it felt like when my heart skips a beat - except in my belly.

Feels like a muscle spasm like you'd have in your thigh or a twitch in your eye but in your tummy but when you get further along it feels like you have like a snake in your tummy lol 😂

At first like flutters and later on like hard thumps especially to the bladder
