Does anyone else get suuuuper irritable right before your cycle starts? Because I swear, I am on edge the whole week before my period. I don't want to be touched (especially by my kids), I don't want to be asked questions, everything feels like a burden. "Angry" doesn't feel like the right word for it when I log my moods here. I'm tense, short, just all-around grouchy. Makes me wanna hide in my room under 6 blankets until I can behave myself again haha
