Long distance relationship?

What distance is considered to be a long distance relationship? My boyfriend and I live an hour away from each other and see each other maybe every other week if we are lucky due to work schedules. Would this be considered a long distance relationship?

I feel like if you spend more time on the phone/internet instead of with each other because the proximity isn't close enough it's considered a long distance relationship

My bf and I live 30 minutes from each other and I only get to see him once a week since he works 6 days a week and has 2 jobs.

I had been in a long distance relationship for 11 YEARS. I lived in US and he lived in India. We met 4 times in those years. The last meeting time was when we got married 2 months ago!! Living together now. It's REALLY hard. You fight a lot over stupid shit and a lot of frustration builds up but then again you also have a history and a foundation. Focus on that!

I live literally 30 minutes away from mine but we both constantly are busy we see each other once or twice a month. He's a business man so he is never in the state. While I work and go to school.

I wouldn't think an hour is really long distance. My husband and I are currently 16 hours apart. I think if you have to plan a road trip or take a flight, it's long distance. Just my opinion 😊

I'm about to move 3 and a half hours away for college 😩 thankfully my boyfriend is willing to give this a try as he had previously said he can't do long distance relationships.

I live 90 minutes drive away from my partner currently and only see him every other week due to work. I class it as long distance but mainly because I don't drive so it takes 3.5 hours on public transport

My husband and I dated long distance as well. I was in Washington and he was in Saskatoon Canada! We were 14&1/2 hours away from each other. Long distance is whatever you think it is.
