worried

Found out I was pregnant about 2 weeks ago from pregnant test faint lines. Been 6 weeks since missed period. Was spotting durning the days of missed period. Just link pink spotting when wipping . Went to see baby today and there was no sac but thick cervix. A little cramping through out the day. Regular pregnant symptoms. Going to get blood test tomorrow. Why isn't the baby showing up
