Thick uterine line

Anybody gone to ultrasound and been told they cant see nothing yet but great news my uterine line is really thick..and usually a great pregnancy sign! I been sick for about 4weeks(but no af since feb 27) .they sent me to ultrasound and mine looked like the pic...the sonogramer told me i could b really early and to go back in 2 to 3 weeks!!! Anybody in my same boat????
